As the first point of contact with our customers, the Director of First Impressions is a critical role in the success of our office. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Receptionist.  This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.  Position responsibilities include answering and directing all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, handling company inquiries, scanning company records, greeting and welcoming visitors and customers, performing clerical duties to support agency staff, and other duties as assigned. 

Qualified candidates will present themselves in a professional manner, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a strong interest and comfort with customer interaction and problem resolution, High School diploma, 1-2 years administrative experience, working knowledge of office equipment, Microsoft Office and Excel.  Attention to detail is essential.

Credit Analyst

REPORTS TO: Chief Lending Officer  
SUMMARY: The Credit Analyst assists the Chief Lending Officer in implementing all aspects of the Loan Process for both existing and prospective borrowers including underwriting, portfolio monitoring, site visits, collections, loan workouts, document collection, and represent agency at various business events.
As assigned, acts as client manager from Business Development handoff through final collection of the loan outlined below:
• Follow-up with Business Development and/or client to obtain missing, incomplete and/or needed documents to support the application.
• Assist, as designated, with the underwriting, approval and closing process as described in the Loan Administration Plan (LAP).
• Periodically review assigned active loans to ensure financial statements and insurance certificates are received as required by loan documents.
• Through site visits and analysis of financial statements, determine the financial health of the business, identify potential issues and resources available to assist borrower.
• Field customer service inquiries from portfolio customers and resolve issues or concerns. 
• Work in conjunction with the loan manager to recommend and execute timely solutions for loans in a work out scenario, to minimize portfolio losses.
• Assist with Business Development by attending external small business events to develop relationships/referrals with local bankers, CPA's, attorneys and other professionals to increase lending activity.
• Prepare reports on loan activities for internal/external reporting.
• Assist Chief Lending Officer with loan presentations to the RDC Loan Committee and Board of Directors.
• Education/Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, preferably with an emphasis in accounting and/or finance.  
• Experience: Minimum one - two years' experience with client relations in financial services and/or public sector economic development. 
• Good understanding of business tax returns, financial statements (income and balance sheet), and credit reports to interpret credit quality and identify business risk.
• Minimum 1-year experience selling or handling financial assistance products.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to deal efficiently and effectively with business prospects/clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to share responsibility in carrying out programs and projects.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Professional presence and attitude.
• Strong verbal, written and project/time management skills required.
• Ability to function independently.
